As an entrepreneur and founder of the TakGene Group alongside my role as a university faculty member, I am passionate about transforming knowledge into market-ready products and their precursors to drive industry growth. I began my academic career as a university professor in 2006, and in 2013, I founded TakGene Company with the goal of producing probiotic products and dairy starters. As the first industrial producer of functional microorganisms for probiotic supplements, we utilize advanced equipment and a skilled R&D team to deliver innovative solutions. To strengthen the scientific and industrial ecosystem, I established the Scientific Association for Probiotics and Functional Foods, fostering collaboration between academia and industry. Additionally, as a representative of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture and Vice President of the Health Commission, I am committed to advancing international trade in health, food and biotechnology-based products.
