The Mechanism of Action

Different families of fungi such as Aspergillus fusarium and penicillium have the ability to grow on fodder and livestock feeds and produce toxins such as aflatoxins, Zearalenone, Ochratoxins, phomopsin and trichothecenes, such as DON and T2 toxins. These toxins are very dangerous even in very few amounts and have effects such as increased conversion ratios, reduced production, reproductive problems, inhibiting the synthesis of proteins and cell death, increasing somatic cells in milk, and causing severe neurological damage.
There are several ways to remove these toxins, one of which is the use of toxin binder. Toxin binder (ToxEat) has a mineral portion of active charcoal and sodium aluminosilicate and an organic part consisting of yeast cell and bacterial cell wall.
The sodium aluminosilicate used in this product when saturated with water prevents toxic effects by absorbing polar groups of toxins such as aflatoxin.
The yeast cell wall of this product is rich in mannan and glucomannan, and due to structural changes, after isolation, it has a higher absorption capacity for toxins such as T2 toxin, ochratoxin and DON.
In order to enhance the ability of ToxEat in toxin absorption, lactic acid bacteria with fast digestive ability have been used. During the development of these bacteria, they produce specific enzymes that break down the toxins.
