The Mechanism of Action
Upro probiotic is a product based on Saccharomyces cerevisiae with high ability to improve poultry performance. This product increases the productivity of consumed feed by influencing the intestinal morphology and increasing the digestion and absorption capacity, as well as helping to increase the beneficial microbial population and preventing the establishment of harmful bacteria. Also, by stimulating the immune system related to the intestine, it strengthens the digestive and general immune system. UPro contributes to eggshell quality and egg production in laying birds by improving the use of nutrients such as phosphorus and calcium. Studies have shown that the use of yeast prevents the absorption of mycotoxins and reduces the harmful effects of consuming feed contaminated with aflatoxins and other fungal toxins.
